Standard AED Package

 

Your Package Includes:

 

  • Zoll AED Plus Package: Includes five year manufacturer’s warranty, soft carry case, and demonstration/setup CD.

  • CPR-D Padz: Adult one piece defibrillation and CPR system with compression depth and rate sensors.

  • Pedi-Padz II: Pediatric defibrillation and electrode pads for patients aged 1-8 and/or under 55 pounds.

  • Lithium Batteries: Type 123 Duracell Lithium Batteries, quantity of ten (10).

  • Training: LOS will provide a brief device orientation to staff as well as CPR literature.

  • Tools: Tool pouch including a heavy duty pair of emergency shears, medical prep razor, non-latex gloves, and CPR mask.

  • LOS Service Agreement:  Significant cost reducer that allows LOS to replace AED pads after use or if notified prior to expiration free of charge.  The agreement also allows LOS to analyze the AED after use and provide an after-action summary on the positives and negatives of the devices use, and how to improve your performance.  This contract also automatically sends LOS to your business or organization every two years for CPR recertification course (cost not included) and machine inspection.

  • Decal: Durable decal for indoor/outdoor use by Zoll Medical, measuring 4” by 4”

  • Training: LOS will provide a FREE overview of the device and provide CPR literature.

  • Tools: Tool pouch including a heavy duty pair of emergency shears, medical prep razor, non-latex gloves, and CPR mask.

  • Standard Cabinet: Zoll AED Plus Standard Size Cabinet with Audible Alarm.  This cabinet contains a bracket exclusively for use of the Zoll AED Plus model defibrillator.  Door-activated audible alarm alerts everyone in the area the AED has been deployed for rescue.
